The 67th SBI Art Auction | LIVE STREAM AUCTION
SBI Art Auction will hold “The 67th SBI Art Auction | LIVE STREAM AUCTION” on September 13th (Friday) and 14th (Saturday) 2024, and it will be streamed on live.
We will hold this sale with a live streaming auction style. A diverse collection of artworks by Japanese and oversea artists will be up for the sale. Untitled (2010) by KATO Izumi, a unique piece which combines a sculpture and a chair, and a great canvas work by KUWAYAMA Tadaaki, who was based on New York and became renowned for his minimalistic art style. Moreover, we also have a piece Gangsta Rat (2004) by Banksy who continues to surprise everyone for leaving works at unpredictable places. On the other hand, the September sale collection includes artworks by artists who are making their first appearance at SBI Art Auction. Paintings by NAGAI Hiroshi, who has been working as a graphic designer and an illustrator and renowned for his fresh and bright style, and a large mixed-media artwork, Love is in The Air (fly edition) (2009) by Carlos AIRES which consists of multiple human-shaped parts which made of vinyl records. We hope this auction will be an opportunity for you to encounter art pieces you have never seen or artists who you have not had a chance to know.
